Store your jewelry in a fabric bag away from natural sunlight and heat.

When will I get my order?
All orders are shipped with DHL and arrive in 5-7 business days provided that the product is in stock.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, all our International orders are shipped with DHL and are expected to arrive within 5-7 business days. Once the order has been collected by DHL, you will receive an email from us with the tracking number so you can trace your order online. Customs and import duties are levied by the receiving country and are therefore the buyer’s responsibility. Given that the products are shipped from Africa and made in Africa some countries have preferential import duties; USA (AGOA) and Europe (EUR1). Please contact us if this is something that worries you, we answer really fast!
What is your exchange policy?
We want you to love and cherish your Mille Collines piece and we are committed to providing you with the best fit. If you are not entirely satisfied, we offer an exchange within 30 days. The items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged with the swing ticket attached. To request an exchange, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and one of our team members will get back to you shortly! If you would like us to handle the logistics of your exchange we can arrange a collection from your door. Once your item/s have been received by us, your desired item/s will be delivered to you.
What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy for both National and International orders. The items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged with a swing ticket attached. To request a return, please email email@example.com with your order number, and one of our team members will get in touch shortly! Store credit is issued via email in the form of a digital gift card, it can be used at any time and never expires.
When can I expect my store credit?
Please allow 1 week to issue your store credit. Once we have collected and accepted your item(s) your store credit will be processed and we’ll send you a gift card via email.
What if the product is damaged or defective?
If you received a damaged or defective product, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the garment. We'll take care of you!
I placed the order but haven't received a shipping confirmation?
Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email confirmation with shipping details and a tracking number that can be used online to track the parcel. The online tracking system will be available once the parcel is scanned which can take up to 6 hours.
